Prohibited Items Policy

This Policy is incorporated by reference into the GearUp Exchange Terms of Service. GearUp Exchange reserves the right to update it at any time. Listings that violate this Policy will be removed without notice and may result in account suspension or termination.
Prohibited Items: Not Permitted on the Platform
The following may never be listed under any circumstances:
Firearms, ammunition, and firearm components or accessories
Explosive devices and pyrotechnics
Weapons prohibited under federal, state, or local law
Motorized vehicles required to be registered with any government authorityMotorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, motorboats
Aircraft of any kind
Climbing and rappelling gearHarnesses, ropes, carabiners, belay devices
Chainsaws and high-powered cutting tools
Power toolsTable saws, angle grinders, nail guns
Motorized watercraft
Hang gliders and paragliders
Scuba and diving equipment
Equipment subject to an active manufacturer or government recall
Equipment that is illegal to own, possess, rent, or use under any applicable law
Items that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
Recall Obligations
If listed equipment becomes subject to a recall, the Company will delist the affected equipment and cancel any pending reservations.
Lessor obligation
Lessors may not fulfill any pending reservation for recalled equipment.
